How to eat a elephant: “How do you eat a whole elephant?” How do you travel that loooong road to get back to feeling 17 again, if your over 35? Like I am, and I did it. It’s like driving long distance away from home, you gotta pace yourself, and take short breaks in between your departure place and your destination. But more importantly, “you gotta want it bad enough that you will do anything to get it back. Anything healthy and legal” (to make a change). Then the rest will follow.
Lets say you were taking a trip, driving. And that trip ment you would be traveling 1000 miles. “You would not drive a total distance of 1000 miles non-stop would you?” No, most people wouldn’t, you would take it a little at a time. Whether you paced yourself, or drove like a bat out of hell. You would still not do it all in one whop!
Even if you could make the trip on one tank of gas, most people would stop several times to take a break, so that the trip is more enjoyable, and relaxing.
A Optimal health and fitness lifestyle is the mission, goal, and achievement were claiming ahead of time. Were claiming it! Thought + consistent action = achievement ! This is how you climb a mountain; one step at a time, little by little!
“And this, is how you eat an elephant”, one bite at a time! And guess what?” Before long you’ll look back at what now seems impossible, “and realize that “you have indeed accomplished the impossible”!!!!!!! Believe it, it can, be done. And it will be done. Just get started!
Dont look at the distance you have to travel. Just look at and enjoy each day. Every now and then you can look back and take a peep of how far you have come. It will further inspire you.
Also make sure you write out a game plan that you will follow; and the goals you will accomplish. Because you will accomplish them. “If you role with me?” You will accomplish them! My word on that!
” Again, I know.” I’ve done it! So I”m speaking from experience here.
I know how it feels to get up in the morning on some days, and not feel like it!!! Im speaking on excersize here. Its very real”. “Especially when you’re first starting out.” Its not always easy. But once you get started on those mornings, it gets easier and easier and easier, as you go through your routine.
But this is also what seperates the men and women from the girls and boys! And the carnal mind from the immortal mind. And the the athlete from the fans.
Ambition! will! desire! And passion!!! The ambition, will, desire, and passion “to move beyond you’re limiting finite self, comfort zones, limited abilities; into your unlimited, infinite self, whether its dealing with your diet, nutrition, or excersize, it doesnt matter, the principles the same, Ambition.To have a desire for change so bad that you will do anything to make it happen. And nothing can stop you. Nothing! You have that will. Everybody does. It just needs to be brought out, and we can get you there!
P.s. Start picking up articles, mags, books, websites, anything you can relating to your passion, and submerge yourself in it daily! Cut out pictures, read, plan, and read, “and then read some more;” forever, and after a short time of consisted action (working out) you’ll be a fanatic!
Once you begin feeling the results, you’ll be hooked.
Every morning, upon rising, start your day of with a glass of spring water preferably. If you have none, then get you some green tea! Or, at worst. Tap water. Warm is the best, it helps with digestion, and digestion and elimination gives you extaordinary energy. However, if you can’t stand to drink warm water, cold water will at least give you some energy to get started. Taking time out to take a sip whenever needed will keep your energy level up as well.
