Hard Rock Cycle Park, located at 6849 Northwest Gainesville Road, Ocala, Florida, has something for every off road enthusiasts. At this location, those who enjoy Jeeps or other larger four wheel drives will find trails suited for them as well as big climbs and a rock garden. Motocross riders will find motocross tracks waiting for them to try their skills on and ATV riders with sport bikes are also welcome to try their skill and bikes on these tracks.
There are five different tracks at Hard Rock Cycle Park, each one unique in its own way. The Main Track is about 2 miles in length and has every obstacle that a rider would expect to find on a motocross track plus its signature jump. The Rollercoaster Track is all natural terrain, meaning that there is no man made jumps on this track, only what mother nature provided. The sand track is perfect for those who wish to improve their sand track skills. The Outback Track is a track that is considered an intermediate track that sees a lot of use from vintage riders as well as novice riders. The Pee Wee Track, which is last but not least, is the track built specifically for the youngsters who are just starting out on their 50cc bikes. There is also a Hare Scramble Course and a Free Style Course for riders.
Hard Rock Cycle Park did not forget to add amenities to their property. This includes indoor restrooms with showers, RV hook-ups that have water and electricity, a parts and accessory shop, a concession stand, WiFi, a dump station. They even have RV and trailer storage available for a small fee.
As with most other motocross parks across America, Hard Rock Cycle Park has a list of rules that their patrons must follow. These rules are not in place to take the fun out of riding while at this park, but to make the experience more enjoyable, and safe, for everyone involved in these sports. To begin with, helmets are required and there is to be no trail blazing on the property. Only ride on the tracks, roads or trails that have already been established. If you are riding on one of the tracks, there is to be no cutting in front of another rider and there is no stopping on the track, exit the track to stop. There is also no littering while at the park, all dogs must be on leashes and first gear is to be used while riding down the roads. Also, the gates close at 10 pm and quiet time begins at 9:30 pm. These rules are not hard to follow, just simply do it!
