I live about 80 miles from Asheville and get up there several times a year when traveling through the North Carolina Mountains to go gem mining. POMODOROS-Greek and Italian Café
Pomodoros offers “A new taste of the old world” and has two locations, one in east and one in south Asheville. Check the website link for pricing, locations and to make a reservation. Pomodoros also has catering in the Asheville NC area. You can’t go wrong with Greek and Italian food prepared with fresh ingredients
Bellagio Bistro Ashville
Bellagio’s is located at 133 Weaverville Highway and are open from 11 am to 10 pm Monday-Saturday. Bellagio’s Bistro offers fine Greek and Italian food and also does catering in the Asheville NC area. All orders are available for takeout if you so desire.
Mother and Son Bistro and Bakery
Mother and Son can be found at 203 Stone Ridge Blvd in Asheville and you can phone them at 828-505-3510. Check their website for hours and the menu. Not only do they have great food they offer next day service on creating custom baskets for any occasion. Mother and Son Bistro is certainly on my to visit list for the next time I am in Ashville North Carolina.
Frankie Bones Restaurant and Lounge
Frankie Bones has locations in Asheville and in Hilton Head. Frankie Bones offers “Steaks, Chops, Seafood and Wise Guys” and you can call the Asheville restaurant at 828-274-7111 or check them out at 2 Gerber Road Suite 101 in Asheville NC. The food is good but I also really enjoy the atmosphere at Frankie Bones in Ashville, they have some really neat photographs on display there.
