Step 1: Gather the following ingredients to make bread dough clay: 1 slice of white bread, 1 teaspoon of white glue, 1 tablespoon of water, food coloring, clear nail polish.
Step 2: Cut or tear the crusts from the slice of bread and toss them out (or eat them!).
Step 3: Pour the teaspoon of white glue into the center of the bread. You do not have to measure it out, you can just squirt out what looks like a teaspoon’s worth.
Step 4: Pour the tablespoon of water on top of the glue.
Step 5: Knead the bread until it is no longer sticking to your fingers.
Step 6: Divide the bread dough clay if you want and add food coloring to each part then knead until the food coloring is well mixed.
Step 7: Create your objects with the bread dough clay and remember to not make your objects too thick.
Step 8: Let your creations dry overnight or until they are hard.
Step 9: Coat your creations with clear nail polish to preserve them. You can also paint your creations with colored nail polish if you like.
Step 10: Store any leftover bread dough clay in a plastic bag and keep in the refrigerator. It will keep for several days.

This bread modeling dough is an excellent dough for making small creations like dolls hands and feet, small pieces of jewelry, flowers, or for adding decorative touches to boxes, photo frames and other objects. This recipe will make enough bread modeling dough to make two or three small works of art. If you need more dough, just make more!
Step 1: Gather the following ingredients to make bread modeling dough: 2 slices of white bread, 2 tablespoons of white glue, 2 drops of glycerine, 4 drops of white vinegar, food coloring or poster paint.
Step 2: Remove the crusts from the bread and toss them (or eat them).
Step 3: Break the bread into small pieces and put in a bowl.
Step 4: Add the white glue, the glycerine and the vinegar to the bread.
Step 5: Mix the dough with your hands until it no longer sticks to your fingers.
Step 6: Divide the dough and add a few drops of food coloring to each portion if you want colored dough. Knead the food coloring in. If you want to skip the food coloring step you can paint your finished creations with poster paint instead.
Step 7: Create your works of art then let them dry for 1 to 2 days or until they are dry and hard. They will dry with a smooth satiny finish.
Step 8: Store any leftover bread modeling dough in plastic bags in the refrigerator. It will keep for a long time.
