I have a friend that recently moved to Austin with her kids. She needed help with figuring out what child care center would be best for them. I told her not to worry, I will do the research as if I was doing it for my kids. So here’s the breakdown of a few great child care centers in Austin, Texas I have compiled for her:

Since I could not personally visit it today, I still had the opportunity to learn more a little bit about their school with the help of their video. They have 17 locations in Texas. What’s cool about this school? They are chosen as Austin Family Readers’ Poll Favorite in 2009. The Stepping Stone School child care in Austin has several unique programs such as Future Leaders and Inventors School Age and extracurriculars such as Dance, Opus One music, Martial Arts and Computer Technology.

Now we’re digressing from full time child care centers to something more of a convenient “drop-off” for parents who need some emergency time to do something without the kids. Clubhouse for Kids is an excellent child care center in Austin, Texas that can provide just what you needed for a few hours off. Sometimes parents need to take a break or do an important activity that do not involve children, and this can happen anytime. The Clubhouse for Kids can solve this problem. They charge per hour. Their FAQs section will help you learn more about their day care operations. The Clubhouse for Kids is very popular in Austin. As for fun after school, they have a few extras such as separate room for older children with a Wii video game, TV sitting area, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and more.
