Although I don’t remember to take one every single day, I try to take a multivitamin tablet as often as possible. Currently, I the type of multivitamin / multimineral supplement that I am taking is Walgreens A thru Z Select Vitamins. Before that, the type of vitamiin that I was taking was Centrum Silver. Specially – formulated for people age 50 and over, both of these products are loaded with useful vitamins and minerals. When I saw the empty Centrum container sitting next to the Walgreens container recently, it made me realize that these vitamin varieties provided the basis for a consumer product comparison review. It is difficult to accurately judge the effectiveness of multivitamins. Personally, I think it is something like a placebo effect when one takes multivitamin / multimineral supplements. You don’t necessarily feel any berrer physically, but if you don’t take them, you may feel more run – down, have less energy and debatedly, have a lower immunity against various unpleasantries.
