Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chicken Enchiladas Suiza Dinner costs between two and three dollars, depending on where you purchase this meal at. That is affordable for a low fat and low cal meal, in my opinion. This meal looked really interesting to me. It has two large chicken enchiladas smothered in a zesty sour cream and green chile sauce. Corn is in the sauce, also. How nice! This meal also has a side of Mexican rice. I loved the sound and look of this southwest flavored meal. I could not wait to try it!
This meal equals six weight watchers points. It is low in calories, low in fat, it has fiber and it is perfect for microwave cooking. I only had to vent the corner, microwave on high for three minutes and forty-five seconds. I then stirred, replaced the film cover and continued cooking on high for one more minute and thirty seconds. I let this meal stand for two minutes before serving. It was hot! It smelled great. My mouth was watering.
When I tasted the chicken enchiladas, I loved them, they are tender, full of chicken and covered in a very yummy and zesty sauce. The corn and roasted green chiles really made this dish special. The Mexican rice is very tasty and very zesty. It was full of peppers and I loved that. You must like a spicy meal to enjoy this one. It will please most zesty Mexican food lovers, I think.
