I love fish and when I spotted Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine Lemon Pepper Fish Dinner in the frozen dinners section of my local grocery store, I was very tempted. I decided to purchase this meal, try it out and write an unbiased product review all about it. Here is what I discovered!
I love many Lean Cuisine meals and being a fish lover, this product really caught my attention. It has only 330 calories in it. It is a great source of omega 3. It is also low in saturated fat, high in potassium and protein. I liked all of that! Omega 3 is great for a healthy heart. This fish meal gives me that. This dinner has lemon pepper fish, rice, broccoli and red peppers, all in a lemon herb sauce. It costs between two and three dollars. I could not wait to try this meal!
I discovered that Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine Lemon Pepper Fish Dinner is very easy to prepare. I enjoy microwave cooking and this meal is indeed perfect for that! I only had to remove the film cover from over the fish portion, cook in my microwave for three minutes and forty-five seconds on high and let stand for two minutes. This dinner smelled great! The fish in this meal is flash frozen for freshness.
When I tasted the fish, I loved it. Very flavorful and tasty. It was cooked perfectly. That is always amazing to me, especially since I cooked this meal in a microwave. The rice, broccoli and red peppers were delicious and they also cooked well. The herbs and spices really give this meal a great taste and that is the key! I loved it all. I rate Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine Lemon Pepper Fish Dinner five stars out of five stars. I could not find one thing wrong with this meal. I will be buying it again. It is filling and yummy! Lots of fun to eat. I bought this meal for a relative of mine and she loved it, also.
