5:44 a.m. — The Nominees for Best Picture are Avatar, The Blind Side, District 9, An Education, The Hurt Locker, Inglourious Basterds, Precious, A Serious Man, Up, and Up In The Air.
Best Actress Nominees: Sandra Bullock (The Blind Side), Helen Mirren (The Last Station), Carey Mulligan (An Education), Gabourey Sidibe (Precious), and Meryl Streep (Julie & Julia).
Best Actor Nominees: Jeff Bridges (Crazy Heart), George Clooney (Up in the Air), Colin Firth (A Single Man), Morgan Freeman (Invictus), Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker).

5:31 a.m. — The announcement was just made that 10 categories of nominations will be announced live, beginning at 5:38 a.m., with the remaining nominations available on their web site immediately after.
5:10 a.m. — The live feed has come up, and we will soon hear from the President of the Academy, Tom Sherak.
